SHIPPING POLICY

Production Time All our products are made to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Processing Time Once production is complete, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) Standard shipping within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. We ship via PostNL or DHL.

European Union Orders shipped within the EU typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select countries outside the EU. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timelines, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
